Best but worst
I originally loved it until I keep having it crash when checking personal health history. Then I also realized that I had no where to go with it. I could make entries on iPad but then they would never show up on computer. Patient records are stuck on iPad!

App will not allow you to add patients. Crash when you tap save. Glad it was free. I deleted it.
